What is Qigong ?
Qi is pronounced chee and usually translated to mean the life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe, or the energy pervading in the universe. Gong means accomplishment or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. Together, Qigong ( Chee-gong ) means cultivating energy and learning/studying to understand qi ( energy ).
By practicing Qigong can change energy & the physical body ( cells, organs...etc. ) both internally and externally. Its practice/training is well known for health maintenance & improvement, healing, increasing vitality, improve & enhance overall health and well-being dramatically! Its methods are simple to learn, gentle and easy to practice. Qigong practice/training usually combines relaxing breathing techniques with gentle exercise movement. With consistent practice, holistic energy levels can be significantly increased, flexibility and blood circulation of muscles will be improved thus benefiting inner organs and cleaning/healing/washing bone marrow.
